This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes the rules and procedures regarding order cancellations, refunds, and replacements on www.crazinos.com
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Pre-Order Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it is shipped.

The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
If the brand launch is delayed by more than 30 days, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund with no deductions.
4. Return Policy
At Crazinos, safety and hygiene are our top priorities, especially since our products are intended for children. Therefore, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

To initiate a return:

Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.
5. Replacements
If your issue qualifies under our return policy:

We will replace the damaged/incorrect item or send missing components at no additional cost.

Replacements are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of verification.

All replacement approvals are subject to product availability and at the sole discretion of Crazinos.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered (see section 6).
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

A replacement was not available for a valid return case.

7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We will not accept returns or process refunds in the following situations:

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

9. European Union Orders
We currently do not provide international services, including shipping to the European Union. Hence, EU return and cancellation rights do not apply.

Refund Policy of Crazinos App
1.1 Nature of Payments
All payments made on Crazinos — whether for subscriptions, one-time access fees, or challenge packs — are access and participation fees for educational content. These are not deposits, stakes, or wagers of any kind.
1.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable ONLY before the start of any challenge or participation. Once a challenge has started, no refunds will be issued. You may also be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: You were charged but were unable to access paid content due to a verified technical error on our side.
- Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Unauthorised Transaction: A payment was made from your account without your authorisation (subject to investigation).
- Pre-Challenge Window: You request a refund before the challenge or session you paid for has commenced, and have not accessed any associated premium content.
1.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after a challenge has started or premium content has been accessed.
- You did not perform well in a challenge or competition.
- You forgot to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms.
- The challenge or session you paid for has already commenced.
1.4 How to Request a Refund

1.5 Processing Timeline
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 2–3 hours of receiving the request during business hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed at 100% of the paid amount — no deductions or hidden charges.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
1.6 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
1.7 Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@crazinos.com before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is under investigation.
Rewards & No-Cash Policy
1.1 Nature of Rewards
Crazinos may award users with non-monetary rewards upon completing challenges, achieving milestones, or reaching leaderboard positions. These rewards are purely symbolic and educational in nature and are provided as recognition of skill and effort only.
1.2 Types of Rewards
Rewards on Crazinos may include, but are not limited to:
- Digital Badges and Certificates of Completion.
- Leaderboard Rankings and Titles (e.g., 'Top Learner', 'Challenge Champion').
- Experience Points (XP) and Levels within the platform.
- Profile Achievements and cosmetic enhancements.
- Early or exclusive access to new challenges or content modules.
- Discount vouchers on Crazinos access fees — not redeemable for cash.
1.3 Strict No-Cash Policy

Specifically:
- No reward can be converted, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any item of monetary value.
- No reward can be sold, auctioned, or transferred to another user or third party.
- Crazinos does not offer, and will never offer, cash prizes, real-money winnings, or financial returns of any kind in exchange for challenge participation or performance.
- Participation fees collected are access fees only — they are not pooled and do not form any prize fund.
1.4 Legal Basis
This policy is designed to ensure full compliance with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (Act No. 32 of 2025). Crazinos operates exclusively as an Online Social Game under Section 2(i) of the Act — offered for skill-development and educational purposes only, with no staking of money or other stakes, and no expectation of monetary gain.
1.5 Reward Expiry & Forfeiture
- XP points and levels are tied to your account and do not expire while your account is active.
- Badges and certificates remain on your profile indefinitely unless your account is deleted.
- If your account is suspended or terminated for a Terms violation, all rewards may be forfeited without compensation.
1.6 Leaderboard Integrity
Any attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through dishonest means — including the use of bots, collusion with other users, or exploitation of platform errors — will result in immediate disqualification, removal from leaderboards, forfeiture of all rewards, and possible account termination.
1.7 Changes to the Rewards Programme
Crazinos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward type or programme with 14 days' notice to users. No compensation will be provided for changes to rewards that carry no cash value.
