This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes the rules and procedures regarding order cancellations, refunds, and replacements on www.crazinos.com
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Share your order number in the request.
Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to process a cancellation.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it is shipped.

The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
If the brand launch is delayed by more than 30 days, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund with no deductions.
4. Return Policy
At Crazinos, safety and hygiene are our top priorities, especially since our products are intended for children. Therefore, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong item.

The kit has missing components.
To initiate a return:

Contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving the order.

Share clear photos or videos of the issue.

Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.
5. Replacements
If your issue qualifies under our return policy:

We will replace the damaged/incorrect item or send missing components at no additional cost.

Replacements are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of verification.

All replacement approvals are subject to product availability and at the sole discretion of Crazinos.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered (see section 6).
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

You canceled your order before dispatch.

A replacement was not available for a valid return case.
Refund Process:

Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after approval.

The amount is refunded to your original payment method.

It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We will not accept returns or process refunds in the following situations:

You changed your mind after receiving the product.

You used or damaged the product due to mishandling.

You requested return/replacement after 2 calendar days of delivery.

Items marked as sale or promotional items.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

Follow the return process (if eligible).

Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
9. European Union Orders
We currently do not provide international services, including shipping to the European Union. Hence, EU return and cancellation rights do not apply.
